‘Kareum’ is Jeju dialect for a small village.
‘Kareum’ is a Jeju word for a small village or neighborhood. Kareumstay means travel that dwells in the time of the village rather than the clock of a tourist site — tuning yourself to the pace of a single village day instead of rushing past the scenery.
